When we took over the foundation laid by United Steaks & Spirits, we knew we had big shoes to fill. We chose to honor that history by keeping the core of the business intact—the talented staff, the time-tested recipes, and the focus on the local community, while bringing in a new level of expertise to help the shop grow.
